Song of the prophetess

Spread the love

Song of the prophetessIn the beginning a story so old was told,

She would see what would, should or could be,

Holder of the seed of the world tree

Creatrix of the race humans a move so bold,

So here the words of the Prophetess,

She who would birth the leaders of men,

To her sons two paths where set, a journey for life,

One of love and peace the other war and strife,

Her daughters enslaved to lover, mother and wife,

Entwining chaos in order,

So here the words of the Prophetess,

She who would birth the destroyer of men,

Deitās daughters to guide and provide,

To whisper words of wisdom while creating wars and divide,

To hold in love or hate the hand of fate to guide,

Off spring who teach peace, progeny that bring deaths sweet release,

So here the words of the Prophetess,

She who would birth the savours of men,

Many will come with direction and spiritual talk,

Showing the way mankind should preach and walk,

The prophetess story they will sing like dove and hawk,

Words of wisdom, just one guide, always stand on your brothers’ side,

So here the words of the Prophetess,

She sings the words of new life and old death,

The notes are lyrical they beat in each heart,

Hero and villain we must play our part,

Where the two side unite our hope and future will start,

So sing along to the prophetess song our future we enchant,

So here the words of the Prophetess,

Your deity only a name.
